Trimaxion offers fully-customizable standard and museum quality crates, travel
frames, and more - all built according to client’s specifications. All crates are made
with heat-treated wood (ISPM 15 compliant) and weatherproof, air-freight standard
materials. We also offer economical options for one-way crating and packing,
including inexpensive solutions for crates, pallets, or custom soft packing.

Standard specs:

• Heat-treated Luan plywood
• Pine Battens nailed on all sides
• Spruce skids
• Screw closure lid
• Polyester urethane foam blocking on all interior surfaces
• Interior cardboard trays cardboard with ethafoam spacers
• Uniform tray stacking according to object size, smallest objects on bottom
• Glassine and polyethylene wrap

Museum specs:

• Heat-treated Luan Plywood panels on all sides
• Pine Battens glued with waterproof wood glue and nailed on all sides
• Flat crate top
• All exposed edges are routed quarter round
• Spruce skids
• Lid with neoprene gasket
• Metal lifting handles
• Fully painted exterior
• Interior polyester urethane foam lining on 4 sides, top and riding edge
• Foamcore and ethafoam blocking for interior trays
• Interior foam notched for hand spaces
• Uniform tray stacking according to object size, smallest objects on bottom
• Object identification labels for repacking
